I know, I know, I am such a blog slacker!!
Good news though - I am so happy to announce that I have joined 3 new CT's since I last posted!! Of course I continue to CT for Brownie Scraps and have had the awesome chance to join the teams of Gone Scrappin' Designs by Nikki, Wimpychompers Creations, and Jennifer Fox!
Nikki continues to sell at Designs in Digital, Wimpychompers sells at Sunshine Studio Scraps & Pretty Scrappy and Jennifer Fox just made a huge announcement that she is one of the newest designers at Funky Playground Designs!
So needless to say I have been very busy with scrapping!

Lots of layouts to share!!

Well, February was a very busy month for me! I have lots of new layouts to share with you all. The designers at Brownie Scraps have been so busy making awesome new kits, hosting a designer challenge, and currently hosting a guest CT challenge too! Busy girls!

The first 2 layouts here I did using the awesome February Designer Collab kit that all the Brownie Scrap designers put together!

This first LO was for a speed scrap:

I host a "Decadent Desktop" challenge and this is my desktop that I did for Feb. The idea was to create a desktop, showing off your loved ones, but no pink/purple allowed! This is me and my handsome hubby!

This is a picture of my son & I back in the summer. This LO was done for the Brownie Indulgence Challenge. Ramona provided us with this fab mini kit for free...all we have to do is create a layout using every piece of the kit. This is what I came up with:

I used the fun, freebie kit called Kindergarten Crafts from Peppermint Creative for this LO for the 'Fat-Free' (white space) challenge:

Kelly ~ Dreamers Magic Designs ~ released this new kit called Unconditional. Isn't it gorgeous? I made this using her kit:

Next are a couple of layouts that I did using Leslie's ~ Dragonfly Designs ~ kit called First Snow. I love the colours in this kit and the elements are too cute! Perfect for scrapping those winter pics!

Next is one of my favourite layouts to date! Eileen ~ Leenie Lou Designs ~ provided us with this awesome template for her Semi-Homemade Challenge. I used the kit Simply Grateful ~ Design's by Ramona for this LO:

As I said earlier- there is currently an amazing designer challenge happening at Brownie Scraps! This kit is called Friends for Good and was created by Plum Dumpling Designs. For this challenge we were to literally use 'white-space' hence the white background. I love how this colours in this kit really pop against the white. This is my son just being silly!

Bethany ~ Scrappin' Daisies ~ created this super fun kit called Ready, Set, GO! Perfect for any little boy!

I used Bethany's kit for this page and also created this for the One Ingredient at a Time challenge, hosted by Leslie. I love how it turned out!

February Designer Collab Kit!

Better Late than Never!

That seems to be my motto these days, LoL!! One of my New Year's resolutions was to keep my blog up to date and as you can see I have been slacking! So, as I said...better late than never! There is a new look and there have been so many changes at Brownie Scraps lately. I am so happy to see how much it has expanded in the past 5 months! The designers are amazing and the CT is so talented! If you haven't yet joined us over at Brownie Scraps you should check it out and come try out the challenges!
I hope to start making up some QP's in the near future so make sure you check back!
Here are some of my most recent pages:

The first 2 pages are for the Sugar Coated Alpha Challenge, which will in the end turn out to be a ABC book.

The kit I used is called Raggedy Angel ~ Designs by Ramona ~ and you can find it here. Here is a preview of her kit...isn't it the cutest?

For this layout I used Tomboy Romance by Dragonfly Designs. Here is a preview of this awesome kit which is perfect for scrapping boys or girls:

Next up is one of my favourite pages to date! I did it for the Semi-homemade template challenge and love how it turned out. I can not believe how much my little baby has grow over the past year! I used a number of different kits for this layout so please click here to see this in the gallery and to see the full credits.

Here is another layout I did using Ramona's Raggedy Angel kit.

I tried to coordinate the next two pages so that they would work together. They were each done seperately for 2 different Brownie Scraps challenges. I used the very versitile, elegant kit, called Midnight Sky by Scrappin' Daisies for both of these layouts.

And last, but not least, is a layout I did for a Speed Scrap. I really love how this one turned out. The kit I used is called My Romeo by Dreamers Magic Designs...go check it out! The colours in this kit are gorgeous...and she has a coordinating kit called My Juliet.

I had so much fun making this kit and I had my little boy in mind the whole time I created it. I love the bright primary colours....and what kid doesn't have a wild imagination? I also entered this kit in the Unbaked Brownie Mix designer challenge over at Brownie Scraps and now want to give it away to all of you!!!

Well, I know that it has been a VERY long time since I posted on my blog and it is in desperate need of some updating!!
Over at Brownie Scraps there is an 8 week design competition going on! It is tons of fun and I can't believe how much I learned just after 1 week! The best part is all the mini kits that were designed last week by the ever-so talented designers over there are all up as FREEBIES in the store!! Fall is in the Air!

Can you believe that summer is 'officially' over? Fall is in the air! We live up north in Ontario, Canada and the weather here has definately changed! My favourite thing about fall is enjoying nice fall walks and looking at the beautiful autumn colours around me! I took this picture of my son last week on one of his first fall walks! I just love this picture. He is growing up so fast and is such a happy little guy! I find it so hard to believe that my son is almost 1!! We have had such a great year and I am so sad that I have to return to work in just a couple of weeks. It is going to be so hard leaving my baby boy for 12 hours at a time. The only thing that keeps me sane is the fact that my wonderful husband will be staying home with our son! Thank goodness for that!
Anyways, back to my scrapbooking....I used the kit September Mornings by Brownie Scraps for this layout. You can find it HERE at the Brownie Scraps Shop! If you haven't already come join us at Brownie Scraps and join in on all of the fun!!

I have been having so much fun creating layouts as a 'Brownie Supreme' that I wanted to show off some of the work that I have done recently. All of the challenges are up and running full tilt at Brownie Scraps.....so come over and join us...it's so much fun!
This is my most recent LO and I did this one for the 'Cherry on Top Challenge'. We are given a list of quotes to choose from and this is what I came up with. And....no, he's not eating chocolate!! I'm not that crazy to give a 6 month old chocolate.....but he sure does love his prunes!

Time has come....

Well, I thought it was about time that I finally started my own blog. Earlier this year I discovered the *addictive* hobby of digital scrapbooking and I just love scrappin'! With this blog I want to be able to showcase my stuff for others to see. I have literally, thousands of pictures of my son on my laptop and he is only 10 months old! He is definately my favourite subject to scrap...as you will come to see :o)
I am also proud to announce that I just recently became a 'Brownie Supreme' - which is a creative team member - for Brownie Scraps. I have been a fan of Ramona for a while now and am so thrilled to have this opportunity to work with her gorgeous scrapbooking kits! There are also a couple other very talented designers who will be showcasing their talents at Brownie Scraps! She just recently opened up her shop and there are many fun challenges going on over there. Stop by Brownie Scraps, check it out, and join in on the fun!
